Strategic Plan

This Strategic Plan is Queer Yukon Society (QYS)’s first-ever Strategic Plan as an organization.

It is the continuation/culmination of ongoing engagement with our Board of Directors, staff and community.

We recognize and thank the entire Queer Yukon community (including past and present Board, staff and volunteers)

for their valuable contributions to this plan.

By curating the contributions of our community into this Strategic Plan document,

we will use it as a tool to communicate our path forward to ourselves (current and future staff and Board)

and community.
